Valterra Slide Valve 43mm

Valterra Slide Valves (sometimes referred to as gate valves) are used to control flow and to shut off the water supply.

This means that pond equipment can be removed for maintenance without draining the whole system, for example, it is essential that all pumps have slide valves or ball valves on the inlet and outlet to shut off the water flow, as well as demountable unions to allow the item to be removed for maintenance or replacement.
