Delivery Information from AquaLiners Direct

Christmas Delivery Schedule

  • The last dispatch date for next-day deliveries will be Thursday, 19th December to ensure arrival before Christmas.
  • For 2–3 day deliveries, orders must be dispatched by Wednesday, 18th December to guarantee delivery in time for Christmas.

Please ensure orders are placed in advance to avoid disappointment. 🎄

 

Collection:

You can collect from our head office in Corsham, please select this option at checkout. We will contact you when your order is ready to collect.

Delivery:

 

  • We deliver our products to the whole of the UK.
  • All items have a specific lead time shown on the product pages. If ordering multiple items, please go by the product with the longest lead time (Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays)
  • All orders placed on a given day up to 12pm, day 1 will count as the day the order is placed. For all orders from 12 pm to 12 midnight, day 1 will count as the following working day.
  • Items are delivered between 8 am and 6 pm.

LARGE PALLETISED

Larger liners or orders may be despatched on a pallet service and in most situations on a vehicle with offload facilities. However, if access to your property is limited you may need to organise offload facilities yourself. For liners that require to be sent via a pallet service, we reserve the right to charge you a surcharge for delivery dependant on the cost of sending the pallet. We will always contact you prior to processing your order with the cost and you can choose whether to continue with the order.

We can offer alternative delivery options such as next day and timed services. If you need your liner urgently, please contact us for more information on the services and prices available for your location on 01225 632444.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS THE DELIVERY?

If you are not present a card will be left to advise you of the attempted delivery; please follow the instructions on the card to organise re-delivery. Our carrier will attempt to deliver each item three times after which the goods will be returned to AquaLiners Direct. There will be a further cost for us to organise another delivery.
